PostNet has nearly 700 locations across North America, Central America, South America, and Africa. In 2017, PostNet became part of the global family of MBE Worldwide. Combined, we have nearly 2,800 locations in 53 countries.
Paolo joined MBE in 1993 and PostNet in 2017. Prior to MBE, Paolo was a senior executive with BNL Investment Bank and Coopers & Lybrand. Paolo is based in Milan, Italy but joins the PostNet management team and staff in Denver each month.
President and COO Ryan Farris has spent over 20 years in print, marketing and marketing technology. Ryan has been a leader in public companies, private companies and several of his own companies including one in the print and fulfillment space. Ryan grew up in Texas and currently resides in Colorado with his wife of 20 years and his three children.
Kathleen is the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, managing all aspects of the global legal strategy. She has broad experience as in-house and external counsel, including for franchisors and companies in regulated industries.
Jon has extensive experience in the franchise model through leadership roles with GNC and 7-Eleven, where he led transformative projects across the nation. His expertise in strategic development and organizational leadership has consistently propelled teams and brands forward.
Bill McPherson brings over 29 years in franchise leadership to his role with PostNet. Bill has led franchise development and real estate for B2B, B2C, retail, and in-home senior care concepts. He also spent 8 years as an executive with FASTSIGNS in the Dallas area. Bill currently resides in Colorado with his wife of 26 years and their youngest son.
For the past 10 years, Stephanie Johnson has supported franchise and association brands in amplifying their marketing strategies to drive growth. She earned her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Roosevelt University. Stephanie is from Illinois but moved to Colorado in 2018 to be close to the mountains.
Clain has 25 years of experience in learning and development, including 5 years with AlphaGraphics. Clain is a results-driven, visionary learning and development leader with a proven record of producing performance outcomes, and building learning and development capability across a broad array of industries, in educational and business settings.
Nic heads the IT and Technology departments, supporting and continuously advancing PostNet’s technology tools and infrastructure.
Peter Lopez is a career Accounting and Finance professional who has spent the last 20 years in senior leadership roles in the commercial print industry. He focuses on accounting and finance with a passion for helping companies grow strategically and profitably. He has a track record of helping companies and divisions become the top performers in their class.
Brad has 25 years of experience leading operations and supply chain groups across startups, private equity–backed ventures, and Fortune 500 companies. A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Brad lives in Golden, Colorado, with his wife, Lynn, and their three children.
Phillppe Johnson serves as General Counsel for PostNet.
Karla oversees the People Department along with all human resources areas. She has been in human resources for multiple national companies across related industries since 2016. Karla was born and raised in Mexico and is bilingual. She earned her master’s degree in Education Science from La Salle University. Currently Karla resides in Colorado with her husband, her son, and two doggies!
