  • Director of IT

    The Director of Information Technology (IT) ensures a healthy hardware and network infrastructure at PostNet Headquarters (HQ), advises on issues related to hardware and network infrastructure for PostNet franchise locations, and provides leadership related to “all things” exchange of information for PostNet. This position reports to the President/COO and Group CTO.

    The ideal candidate will be infectiously positive, have a great knowledge of computers, a professional appearance and demeanor, a solid work ethic and great communication skills. While we maintain a high level of professionalism and industry stature, PostNet is a casual, fun, engaging, values-based company with a great work environment.


    • Administers network and network device access for HQ personnel and equipment
    • Researches, recommends, installs requested technology equipment
    • Administers and oversees the administration of HQ’s telecommunications network
    • Ensures HQ’s audio/visual technologies are adequate and working
    • Provides training and education for technology at HQ and for franchisees
    • Provides support for computer systems and software licenses for HQ staff
    • Serves as a resource to personnel and franchisees for IT related questions and support
    • Maintains and administrates PostNet’s extranet, as well as oversee a systems‐based approach to resolving identified bugs, requested enhancements, and new feature additions
    • Manages third party IT providers to ensure reliable communication between systems
    • Managesthecreationand execution of IT-related policies
    • Provides technology reviews of potential vendors for HQ and/or franchise locations
    • Ensures a reliable hosting environment for PostNet’s web properties and domains
    • Researches, recommends, and implements new hardware or software for HQ
    • Manages access to Google Web products (Analytics, Webmaster Tools, etc.)
    • Oversees the acquisition of and ongoing supervision of applicable employees/contractors
    • Serves as IT subject matter expert to PostNet committees and task forces
    • Evaluates and recommends IT solutions to expand PostNet’s ability to grow
    • Annually proposes and administers the approved HQ technologybudget
    • Maintains a reasonable system of IT relateddocumentation
    • Effectively provides communications regarding IT-related issues/needs to leadership team

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Software development process and ability to manage softwareprojects
    • Ability to manipulate databases and guide the workof others managing databases
    • Effectively write query, procedures, and manage MongoDB and MySql databases
    • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
    • Knowledge related to web development, design, information architecture, UX, etc.
    • Exceptional project management skills, detail oriented, ability to work independently, juggle multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results, and meet deadlines
    • Strong numeracy, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communicationskills
    • Experience with Google Apps for Business administration andimplementation

  • VP of Network Sales and Operations


    The VP of Network Sales and Operations (VP of NSO) will be responsible for business development activities/initiatives and management of business performance and operations of the PostNet franchise network. The VP of NSO reports to the President/COO.


    • Manage and develop the Print Sales and Operations Team (2) and Field Sales and Operations Team (3 Regional Directors – RDs)
    • Define effective business tactics to be used by franchisees by reviewing budgets and monitoring network and individual franchisee performance
    • Oversee RD center visits and conduct field visits to support franchisees with a focus on sales and operational activities – including network compliance – to increase center revenues and growth and monitor follow-up tasks
    • Analyze and monitor network sales performance and market data to align network performance with established targets and identify actions to improve center and network performance
    • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to provide franchisees the services and support needed to meet sales and growth targets
    • Collaborate with Marketing to launch new service/products monitoring revenue growth targets and KPIs
    • Collaborate with Learning and Development to develop and improve franchisees managerial, operational and sales skills
    • Organize and attend effective and productive franchisee network events such as conventions, seminars and regional meetings


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a clear track record of effective business development and/or sales support and management
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
    • Excellent “people”, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships
    • Ability to lead and manage a team
    • Capable of multi-tasking, energetic, “take-charge” demeanor and achievement oriented
    • Strategic thinking – understand current market and assess future direction
    • Analytical competence – capacity to identify, source, retrieve and comprehend large data sets and apply analytics to support business development
    • Advanced to expert user of Excel
    • Business acumen – ability to execute, manage projects and solve problems
    • Significant experience selling printing products and related knowledge of the printing industry will be highly considered
    • Proficient in the Windows operating systems and related applications
    • Available and able to travel


    Additional Info:

    • Position is full time at PostNet World HQ in Lakewood, Colorado
    • Salary 100-115K DOE, plus annual bonus

  • Franchise Services and Print Operations Specialist

    This multifaceted, full time position based in Lakewood, Colorado reports to the Vice President of Network Sales and Operations. The ideal candidate is urgent, a great communicator, and provides excellent and timely customer service to PostNet franchisees. Ultimately, the individual in this role becomes an operational expert on the PostNet system and center operations to help franchisees operate their centers effectively.


    • Provide support services to franchisees by phone, e-mail, and Google Hangouts/Chat
    • Conduct field support visits when necessary
    • Cover a range of support topics including print operations (file prep, quoting, online sales, techniques, etc.), operational guidance across products and services, and provide advice, encouragement, and troubleshooting
    • Provide technical assistance relating to POS, the Online Print Center, and other technology
    • Respond timely to franchisee requests for support services
    • Resolve and escalate vendor related issues
    • Assist with beta testing for technology updates
    • Conduct call campaigns relating to various events, surveys, initiatives, etc.
    • Assist with new center openings and franchise ownership transfers
    • Provide instruction on print and operational topics during New Franchisee Training
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite Software
    • Knowledge and experience with EFI solutions including Fiery and Command Workstation
    • Knowledge and experience with MS Office software
    • Ability to coach/mentor and have an empathetic attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Business development minded with a strong work ethic
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
