  • Marketing Intern

    PostNet is searching for a marketing intern to join our fantastic team at our World Headquarters in Lakewood, CO! This is a 12-month internship that is paid with the opportunity to obtain school credit. The ideal candidate has prior marketing internship experience and has a passion for learning and is enthusiastic about growing their “real world” experience.

  • Product Manager

    PostNet is searching for its next member of the marketing team to develop, implement, track, and optimize new service/product activities that will drive revenue growth and strengthen the PostNet brand. This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of autonomously driving projects. Ideal candidates have demonstrated an excellent track record for driving product development from initial concepts to delivery and adoption. Product Managers that are highly passionate about product innovation and go-to market strategies should apply. The Product Manager reports to the VP of Marketing.


    • Identify customer needs for printing/shipping product offering opportunities
    • Manage product development from start to finish ensuring objectives and budgets are met, and launch is seamless
    • Perform market analysis to assess the competition, industry trends, best practices, and customer satisfaction
    • Define KPIs, product positioning, requirements, pricing, marketing needs, communication, training, and action plans
    • Clearly communicate product information internally/externally to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and effective usage
    • Lead cross-functional team; define expectations and hold them accountable (tech, marketing, legal, operations, training, etc)
    • Bring the customer voice into the creation process to ensure the brand vision is represented in product strategies
    • Develop, execute, test, monitor, analyze and optimize all aspects of product marketing
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to make data-based decisions that improve performance
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and measure cross-channel campaigns to generate awareness/adoption

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field

  • Retail Network Development Coordinator

    PostNet International Franchise Corporation, a leading worldwide business-to-business services franchise seeks a full-time Retail Network Development Coordinator. With nearly 250 PostNet locations nationwide, and over 2,300 as a result of the recent MBE Worldwide acquisition ( and 24 years experience, we’re looking for qualified, motivated people to join our sales team. This position reports to the President/COO and is based in Lakewood, Colorado. Please do not apply unless you are able and ready to work in Lakewood.

    The ideal candidate will be infectiously positive, have a good knowledge of computers, a professional appearance and demeanor, a solid work ethic, and great communication skills. While we maintain a high level of professionalism and industry stature, PostNet is a casual, fun, engaging, values-based company with a great work environment.


    • Qualifying candidates and presenting PostNet’s franchise opportunity.
    • Managing the sales process and candidate pool in the company’s CRM.
    • Guiding prospects through our process to determine if they are the right fit for our franchise opportunity and organization.
    • Coordinating and hosting new franchise Discovery Day Meetings.



    • Demonstrated track record selling franchises or business opportunities helpful but not required.
    • Consultative sales or awarding process in prior career.  At least 5 years high-ticket sales experience required.

    • Starting base salary: $52—$65,000, annually (DOE) plus lucrative performance commision

  • VP of Network Sales and Operations


    The VP of Network Sales and Operations (VP of NSO) will be responsible for business development activities/initiatives and management of business performance and operations of the PostNet franchise network. The VP of NSO reports to the President/COO.


    • Manage and develop the Print Sales and Operations Team (2) and Field Sales and Operations Team (3 Regional Directors – RDs)
    • Define effective business tactics to be used by franchisees by reviewing budgets and monitoring network and individual franchisee performance
    • Oversee RD center visits and conduct field visits to support franchisees with a focus on sales and operational activities – including network compliance – to increase center revenues and growth and monitor follow-up tasks
    • Analyze and monitor network sales performance and market data to align network performance with established targets and identify actions to improve center and network performance
    • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to provide franchisees the services and support needed to meet sales and growth targets
    • Collaborate with Marketing to launch new service/products monitoring revenue growth targets and KPIs
    • Collaborate with Learning and Development to develop and improve franchisees managerial, operational and sales skills
    • Organize and attend effective and productive franchisee network events such as conventions, seminars and regional meetings


    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a clear track record of effective business development and/or sales support and management
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
    • Excellent “people”, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships
    • Ability to lead and manage a team
