    PostNet is searching for its next member of the marketing team to develop, implement, track, and optimize new service/product activities that will drive revenue growth and strengthen the PostNet brand. This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of autonomously driving projects. Ideal candidates have demonstrated an excellent track record for driving product development from initial concepts to delivery and adoption. Product Managers that are highly passionate about product innovation and go-to market strategies should apply. The Product Manager reports to the VP of Marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify customer needs for printing/shipping product offering opportunities
    • Manage product development from start to finish ensuring objectives and budgets are met, and launch is seamless
    • Perform market analysis to assess the competition, industry trends, best practices, and customer satisfaction
    • Define KPIs, product positioning, requirements, pricing, marketing needs, communication, training, and action plans
    • Clearly communicate product information internally/externally to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and effective usage
    • Lead cross-functional team; define expectations and hold them accountable (tech, marketing, legal, operations, training, etc)
    • Bring the customer voice into the creation process to ensure the brand vision is represented in product strategies
    • Develop, execute, test, monitor, analyze and optimize all aspects of product marketing
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to make data-based decisions that improve performance
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and measure cross-channel campaigns to generate awareness/adoption
    • Demonstrate a contagious passion for the job and a high level of customer service at all times
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

     

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
    • Experience in B2B and B2C, as well as franchise industry a plus
    • Minimum five years relevant industry experience with a clear track record of launching new products/services
    • Advanced Excel skills required. Must have strong analytical capabilities to be able to utilize data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to understand the current market, where it is going, and how to differentiate
    • Strong business acumen to effectively commercialize new product/service
    • Effective collaborator to positively manage and influence internal/external stakeholders and build productive relationships
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptionally detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize, self manage and meet deadlines
    • Entrepreneurial, self-starter that gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and proactively solve problems
    • Proficient with Windows operating systems, Google Suite, project management systems, and related applications
    • Able to travel

     

    Salary:

    • Position is full time at PostNet World HQ in Lakewood, Colorado
    • Salary depends on experience.

    The VP of Network Sales and Operations (VP of NSO) will be responsible for business development activities/initiatives and management of business performance and operations of the PostNet franchise network. The VP of NSO reports to the President/COO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop the Print Sales and Operations Team (2) and Field Sales and Operations Team (3 Regional Directors – RDs)
    • Define effective business tactics to be used by franchisees by reviewing budgets and monitoring network and individual franchisee performance
    • Oversee RD center visits and conduct field visits to support franchisees with a focus on sales and operational activities – including network compliance – to increase center revenues and growth and monitor follow-up tasks
    • Analyze and monitor network sales performance and market data to align network performance with established targets and identify actions to improve center and network performance
    • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to provide franchisees the services and support needed to meet sales and growth targets
    • Collaborate with Marketing to launch new service/products monitoring revenue growth targets and KPIs
    • Collaborate with Learning and Development to develop and improve franchisees managerial, operational and sales skills
    • Organize and attend effective and productive franchisee network events such as conventions, seminars and regional meetings

     

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a clear track record of effective business development and/or sales support and management
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
    • Excellent “people”, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships
    • Ability to lead and manage a team
    • Capable of multi-tasking, energetic, “take-charge” demeanor and achievement oriented
    • Strategic thinking – understand current market and assess future direction
    • Analytical competence – capacity to identify, source, retrieve and comprehend large data sets and apply analytics to support business development
    • Advanced to expert user of Excel
    • Business acumen – ability to execute, manage projects and solve problems
    • Significant experience selling printing products and related knowledge of the printing industry will be highly considered
    • Proficient in the Windows operating systems and related applications
    • Available and able to travel

     

    Additional Info:

    • Position is full time at PostNet World HQ in Lakewood, Colorado
    • Salary 100-115K DOE, plus annual bonus
    • Benefits include healthcare, 401K matching, generous PTO, winter/summer half-day Fridays, and more.
