Have you received a lot of mail order packages? Can't figure out what to do with all those peanuts?Our PostNet, at the Mackenzie Pointe Shopping Center, can help you stay a little more green. We always want to make sure we're doing our part to be just a little more environmentally friendly at PostNet. For example, our customers love that they can bring in used packaging peanuts, and we'll reuse them when packaging shipments.
If you have biodegradable peanuts, they will just melt away in water. Just don't put them in a a plastic trash bag that will keep the water away from them. If you have used soft or hard foam packaging peanuts, we accept them in our business center, which means less waste and a more sensitive environmental footprint.
At PostNet, we want to make sure we do the little things that can make a real difference in our environment and in our customer's lives. In fact, our PostNet is constantly striving to reduce the impact of its business on the environment. Through its affiliation with the Plastic Loose Fill Council, our St. Louis PostNet is a registered recycling center for the approximately 45 million pounds of packaging peanuts produced annually.
